The Bleaching Department at Abdur Rahman Corporation, is equipped with advanced Singeing Machines, Bleaching Plant, Kiers, and Jumbo Jiggers to ensure consistent whiteness and premium fabric quality. Our controlled bleaching process removes impurities while maintaining fabric strength, softness, and absorbency. We specialize in bleaching cotton, poly-cotton, and blended fabrics, using eco-friendly chemicals and efficient water management systems to minimize environmental impact. Every fabric processed here meets international standards — bright, clean, and perfectly prepared for dyeing, printing, and finishing.
Dyeing
The Dyeing Department at Abdur Rahman Corporation, is equipped with modern IR Dyeing Machines, Jumbo Jiggers, Soft Flow Machines, Padding Mangles, and a Mercerizing Machine to ensure rich, uniform, and durable colors. We process cotton, poly-cotton, and blended fabrics with precision using automated controls and eco-friendly dyes. Our focus on quality, consistency, and sustainability guarantees vibrant fabrics that meet international standards — perfectly prepared for printing and finishing.
Finishing
The finishing unit is where our fabrics achieve their final quality and appearance, processed on the latest, fully equipped Monforts stenters with a 320 cm width. Each stenter features 8 advanced drying chambers and multiple malo-systems designed to straighten fabric wefts precisely. The layout and technology are carefully organized to ensure consistent results, superior fabric texture, and optimal readiness for the market, completing the production process with excellence.
Printing
The rotary printing unit represents precision and creativity in our manufacturing process. Equipped with a state-of-the-art 320 cm wide rotary printing machine featuring 16 color options, it allows for vibrant, accurate, and detailed prints on a wide range of fabrics. With four different repeat options, this advanced system ensures consistency, sharpness, and versatility across every design, delivering premium-quality prints that meet international standards.
Engraving
The engraving unit is dedicated to achieving absolute perfection in design through advanced technology and precision. Our CAD/CAM-equipped design studio houses state-of-the-art engraving equipment that ensures every pattern is crafted with accuracy and consistency. This integration of creativity and innovation allows us to transform design concepts into flawless printing screens, maintaining the highest standards of quality and detail.
Folding
The Folding Department of Abdur Rahman Corporation is fully equipped to handle all types of fabric folding, grading, and inspection processes with precision and care. We provide comprehensive packing solutions including Bale packing, Roll packing, and Pallet packing, ensuring proper labeling, secure wrapping, and damagefree handling. Our department maintains strict quality control standards to ensure accurate measurements, neat presentation, and safe transportation of finished goods according to customer requirements and international standards.
Stitching
